1st had a call with the recruiter. About a week later I was scheduled for an interview via Zoom. The interview went OK. Person interviewing was friendly and had thought provoking questions. However, middle of the interview, my computer crashed and it took me a few minutes to hop back into the meeting. I thought maybe that ended my chances, but we picked back up where we left off and I thought maybe I handled it OK. They said I'd hear back in a week or two. After a couple weeks I sent an email to the recruiter and never heard back. Ghosted. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Then finally, 7 weeks after my interview, I received the very generic "we are moving forward with other candidates" email that you typically receive when you don't even get an interview. So I'd say that the after interview part was the most frustrating and unprofessional.
