It began with an Online Aptitude Test that assessed my logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and verbal ability, followed by a Group Discussion conducted via Microsoft Teams. The GD focused on my ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within a team setting. After a thorough Document Verification phase, I moved to the Personal Interview with a panel. The conversation was largely behavioral, focusing on my problem-solving skills, my understanding of the bank's digital products, and my willingness to handle customer-centric sales targets.
