Very straightforward. Pre screen, then onto the HR interview, then an interview with the VP. Good explanation of the job duties and benefits. All and all the process took less than a week between all three. The issue was the offer. I was asked what sort of salary I was expecting for the position. I answered and was told that my demands were in line with what they expected. At the final step with the VP he said the offer would be 20% less than what I was told the range would be. If I had known this I would not have wasted my time

Met with VP in person after the phone interview. Very nice and honest interview. Setting up second interview now. Very nice and upfront about job duties. Asked honest questions and were open to making a plan that worked for us both.
