I applied online and about a month afterward, I was contacted by HR through email about a phone screening. I responded with availabilities, waited, and never received an email back. Three to four weeks later, I received a late afternoon voicemail about wanting a phone screening (no mention of the previously sent email with availabilities) to which I responded. Again, I received no call-back or anything. First time experiencing this type of behavior. It feels unprofessional and a bad reflection on the Fed, which is unfortunate because I've met tons of good folks in HR and other divisions.
