Long and deliberate. The company is clearly looking for long term employees that they can invest in. I get the feeling that they want to make sure that not only am I the type of employee will be successful for them, but that the job and position is good for me, too. They even "interviewed" me with my spouse to help determine if I had the support system in place to be successful. I was able to ride with current employees while they performed their job (2), and talk to 3 others on the phone. I could ask whatever I wanted, and I got the feeling they were very up front and honest with me about the demands, and the rewards.

Great company and great interview. They have everything planned out and they do not skip any steps in the interview process. They were all very nice and professional and I would recommend this company.
