Very casual and friendly. I was interviewed directly by the Director of Operations and the Co-Founder. They had me do some basic skills tests to assess my ability to think logically and learn. It was fairly easy for a STEM person, and the remaining questions were very standard. They asked me questions about my resume, my experiences, my expectations. Very transparent.

I applied on Linkedin and received email for phone screening after 2 months. However, they were not willing to sponsor international students at the time therefore the application was ended.
