The interview process here was great. I had one interview with a recruiter who reached out to me, which was very relaxed and more screening than anything else. Then I had a technical interview where I was asked to answer some questions after a brief explanation of how their system works. And then my final interview was also very laid back and more conversational. There's some discussion about my background, but the focus was more on cultural fit and expectations.
