The interview consisted of 45 min on the phone discussing the company, documentation process, onboarding, business license, and Medicare requirements. Pay is monthly and mileage is not reimbursed due to contracted work. Jyoti was amazing and helpful during the interview, answered all my questions.

They call you and email you after like a week of applying. They are really nice and answer any questions you may have overall. Then they schedule an in-person interview in their beautiful headquarters. The interview overall was really laid-back not professional at all. I believe this is because its a family business, it's new, and the person interviewing is the CEO/ Mom of the family. She asked some simple questions like why I was interested in the Geriatrics sector of Healthcare and if I spoke any other languages besides English. After that she sent me to two other workers that worked there so I could sit by them and watch the work they were doing (just to get a feel for the work I'd be doing as well) and then if I had any other questions. I really enjoyed this interview, it did not feel like an interrogation or an exam i had to pass or answer every question correct. It was relaxing, informative, useful, and made you feel welcomed.
