The first round was a zoom with the search committee. The second round was an on campus interview with various groups from the campus. The second round lasted all day. The interesting part of the day was that at no time did I meet with HR, I was just provided a folder of information. Additionally the direct report was not on or the lead of the search committee, which I found very interesting.
