The whole interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. For the first round, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. An hour before the interview, the recruiter emailed me asking to postpone without providing any reason. I emailed her with my new availability for the following week, and had to follow up again to request a new interview appointment after receiving no response from her. The phone interview itself went smoothly and it was great to learn more about the role and the company. The second round interview was onsite where I was supposed to meet with the team in their office. Again, the recruiter emailed me the night before asking to move the interview up an hour. Since I was coming from another state, it was very difficult to accommodate the request since I already booked my trip to NYC. I arrived at the office and everyone was very nice and welcoming, but I had to wait for 30 minutes after my interview time to meet my interviewers. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful, and I really enjoyed our conversation. I was told that I would hear back regarding the hiring decision within 1-2 weeks, but I had to email the recruiter after 3 weeks just to hear a rejection from them.
