My first interview with Cierra went well. After that though, I was strung along for a month, being told that I should have an interview soon. Then came a month of radio silence, where I didn't get any messages from them and no responses to my own messages. After that I finally get a phone call (which I unfortunately missed due to being away from my phone for less than five minutes...), followed by an email asking me to set up another interview. I get one set up with a new person for a week later. I'm excited, hoping that this is finally the interview I was promised two months ago. I get a reminder the day before and an hour before the interview that it's coming up. Then, 45 minutes before the interview, I get an email that the interview was cancelled due to "The manager reviewed your resume and has decided not to move forward". They had my resume for nearly three months, and they only decided to look at it forty five minutes before an interview? And then, they didn't even call to apologize, they just cancelled the interview in the system and let the auto-email system let me know. Incredibly unprofessional. This upset me enough that I'm actually leaving this review. I've worked for multiple RETAIL companies who don't treat potential hires this bad.
