Interview process is slow and non startup like. I attended in person on-site and they stalled for few weeks and rejected with saying "I didn't have relevant experience". I was like didn't you know this from the beginning after looking at my resume. What a waste of everyone's time. Hope they'll make the interview process smooth in future. Also to say this company is a startup is kind of stretch, it's been too long to not have a proper process for hiring people.

First off, the recruiter was amazing and very communicative throughout the process and the hiring team I interviewed with were also super smart and great people. What let's them down is the interview process. I had my first interview with the recruiter in September and then was promptly invited to speak with the hiring manager. After that I was invited to speak with 3 team members and in my opinion all those interviews went pretty well and I had a ton of relevant experience. All this happened in a span of two weeks. After that I kept getting stalled week after week for six weeks straight until I heard that they proceeded with another candidate. I'm not concerned with the rejection but more so with the whole stalling for 6 weeks. The process itself was one of the worst I've experienced and if you're interviewing here, know that it's going to take a long long time to get a final decision.
