1. Internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn 2. Interview with their internal recruiter 3. Interview with hiring manager 4. Interview with 2 senior members of the team 5. Interview with head of HR 6. Do not hear from anyone for weeks 7. Interview with hiring manager 8. Turned down via email with no feedback about the selected candidate. While everyone I spoke with at Fender seemed great, how I was treated after making time for 6 interviews gave me red flags. There was a complete lack of communication, and no feedback to at least help me moving forward in my search. I think it is important that Fender consider what they can provide candidates who take a lot of time with them if they are not going to offer them a position.
