Entrevista
I had applied online through LinkedIn for a Software Engineer position in Dublin. One of the recruiters got in touch with me via email and asked if I was eligible for working full-time. I replied to the email and mentioned that I was eligible to work full-time and had applied for Stamp 1G. Immediately after I replied, I got a rude email from the recruiter saying they will not be going ahead in the process. These are the exact words of the recruiter - "Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we are not able to continue the recruitment process with yourself but thank you for your interest in Fenergo and I wish you all the best for the future."
It was really weird that they got in touch with me in the first place only to reject in one line that I had told them about myself. I atleast expected the recruiter to include some details of the reason for rejection, it probably was the visa, but they should have mentioned instead of sending a cold email! I asked for a feedback and if they had some specific visa requirements only to get no response.
We know its a tough time for candidates but that does not mean employers start being disrespectful. Candidates invest a lot of time and energy in preparing for interview processes. So please be respectful and mention clear reasons.

Entrevista
First call was a recruiter screening, About 15- 20 minutes going through how my experience matched the role. Passed this onto the phase 2
Phase 2 was a tech interview for 1 hour with a tech lead and shadow engineer. I was asked .NET related development questions for 30 minutes and then 30 minutes for a small coding exercise to fix and optimise a C# class.
