Timed 90 minute bug finding test at home. If you pass, then into the studio for: 2 Hour Test - Search for bugs in video game 2 Hour Test - Write a Performance Report 1 Hour Interview - with QA Manager Finally, Interview with the CEO on culture etc Small studio, for about 25-30 people on one floor. No concierge area to wait, so you can't arrive early. There is 1 toilet for everyone, which is in the same vicinity as the working area, so if someone takes a number two, and leaves the door open, you'll enjoy that. It is the quietest office I've ever been to, roughly 10 words spoken between people working there, and I was there from 10-4pm... also hardly anyone went out for lunch, very weird atmosphere. You'd find more cheer in a graveyard.
