The interview process for me was a three step process: I met them at my college fair, then had a phone interview, and then was invited to their company headquarters for a two day event that had tours of the company, presentations about the job and company, networking event with those who were doing interviews, dinner, and then 3 back to back 30 minute interviews.

Very thoughtful and through. I liked how they layed out how the program will set you up for the future and the different routes you can take over time. It was a long interview but good
