I applied online in February, the next step was a video interview, and then a phone screening. Finally I was invited to a recruiting event/final interviews in Chicago. This was a two day event where on day one we got to learn about the company and meet managers/HR with no pressure, and on day two we had a series of three interviews back-to-back. It was very strange to me that nobody in the company could really answer any of my questions honestly, and I just generally got an impression that management was phony. This may be typical for corporate sales, I don't really know. I do know that the other candidates, recruiters, and managers were mostly snobby and fake, and I'm really not surprised I didn't get an offer. The actual interviews were super easy though. No hard hitting behavioral questions; the managers were just trying to get a feel for candidates' personalities.
