They had a half day where they invited all of the interview candidates in, discussed the company and processes, and then we broke to have individual interviews with different departments (There were 3 interview slots I believe). We talked to the people who would be our bosses and it was more traditional interview style after that and if you didn’t have an interview slot you could network with other departments
