Phone interview was conducted by two persons. Questions were general, nothing extremely hard. Basically they want to know more about my background. Face to face interviews were carried out by a group of 5-6 people. They have a sheet of standard questions, and they just took turn questioning them. Mostly about scenarios, and very little technical challenging questions.
