After submitting everything in an email to the Manager, you are called by a Talent Acquisition Coordinator where they will ask you basic questions such as, "why did you apply for this job?", or "what kind of salary are you looking for?"
Once this is finished, you will have an interview with one of the scientists at a later date. During that interview, the scientist will ask easy questions, mainly about your education and experience.
If that goes well, you will be asked to interview with a panel of scientists, usually three. These interviews will be similar to the first interview with the scientist before and the questions will mainly pertain to your experience and education. There were some behavioral questions in the mix, however, I noticed that there were no technical questions asked.
In my case, the three interviews were split up into two days, one interview lasting 1 hours with two scientists and one interview lasting 30 minutes with the last scientist.
When all is finished, you will likely hear back between 5 to 10 business days.
