I applied for the job, 3 days later I received a call from the HR manager who told me that she would have evaluated my profile for a different job. few days later I received an email from another HR manager and we scheduled a Skype call with the future boss and another person form the same department. in few days I received a call from HR manager with the confirmation. 10 days later I moved to Luxembourg (from UK) and I started the new job.

Dopo prima veloce call informativa con hr, ho partecipato ad un group assessment online che includeva varie attività di gruppo + colloquio classico individuale. L'esperienza in sè è stata sfidante ma tutto sommato piacevole, putroppo perdono punti nel momento in cui danno zero feedback. Soprattutto considerato che si tratta di un assessment che impegna quasi tutta la giornata, potrebbe trarne qualcosa di utile anche il candidato se ricevesse un feedback serio, invece si riceve una mail di rejection come tante. Peccato.
