I looked at the role and thought I was a good fit. The recruiter contacted me and we talked about my experience, etc. We had a positive conversation. She had scheduled the interview, but forgot to email me ahead of time so I was out of the loop. The hiring manager asked some basic questions, but he wasn't even looking. It appears he was disinterested. I followed up, but was not given the professional courtesy I did not receive the position. Based on the reviews, it seems this is the norm. Just expect this type of treatment by the company as a FYI.
