This has to be the worst interview experience to date. Job spec did not correlate to the questions being asked in the interview, the role seemed more personal assistant based. No salary banding was disclosed even in my final stage interview. Was told I would hear back within a week and had to chase multiple times after my final stage. Did not hear back until 3 weeks after. Some feedback for company recruitment process : If you are going to invite a candidate into office for a 2 hour final stage interview, the least you could do is provide feedback without them having to chase and disclose your salary banding.
