Got a screening call from HR in which they asked a few brief questions about my availability, past job experience, and “why do you want to work here?”. Then scheduled an interview with the department manager. The interview was pretty relaxed and it seems like they have a sheet with specific standard questions that they have been asking for years. There are a couple “tell me about a time” questions and then some about what good customer service looks like, etc.
