Very thorough, kind and direct. They move fast so make sure to follow up asap. Missed the opportunity of a follow up and someone else was hired. I had a few colleagues that interviewed and two did get hired and are excited to start.
Interview process was fairly quick and recruiting was responsive throughout. Recruiter screen => panel interview consisting of 3 hiring managers and a cross functional partner. Fetch is in a unique spot with the consumer data but are looking for ways to become profitable. I received really strong feedback from my interviews and was told that I'd be hearing by end of week from recruiting about a potential offer. Had to follow up with the recruiter that Friday afternoon and he informed me that they decided to go in a different direction without providing much feedback.
