Entrevista
I received an email from a recruiter with a take home problem to solve. No initial conversations whatsoever.
The problem itself was very easy. It took me maybe an hour or so to do. It met all of the specified criteria. It's worth mentioning that one specification mentioned that the app didn't need to be fully production ready but that you should put your best foot forward since this is an evaluation. This is pretty vague and somewhat concerning when coupled with a question from the FAQ that specified that for any questions about the problem, you should “use your best judgement.”
Within a day or so, I received a rejection email from the recruiter with no feedback. I responded asking for feedback if there was any. The feedback given was something that was a pretty minor subjective concern, given the requirements specified. It was something that felt like it should be discussed as part of a code review, not act as grounds for disqualification in a hiring process.
All of this, coupled with some of the vague statements in the requirements, made for a pretty frustrating experience. It’s hard to recommend going through this hiring process the way it is right now. Not worth your time.

Write a front end application that parses an AWS hosted JSON file, and displays the data in a particular set of formatted lists.
They give you a take home assessment that "should only be a few hours". This includes deployment. Take home is not necessarily difficult, but you will get ghosted even though they tell you they review it in 24-48hrs.
