Got to the take home coding challenge. Did not pass, but one thing I appreciated was they provided feedback in what was lacking so I knew what I can improve.

Entrevista
First you are given a take home test. Once submitted their is a 6 hour interview in a single day. Almost all interviews were relevant to their company. They have a different person for each part of the interview.

Entrevista
Unrealistic interview for an apprenticeship. Applying was easy. Home exercise was fair. Phone screening was a good experience. The 5.5 hours interview was not good. Highly unrealistic and very different from home exercise. If a candidate is capable of responding to the questions the way FR expects, or have the knowledge FR expects from an apprentice, they wouldn't need an apprenticeship at all. I got to give it to them that they don't give algorithm questions unrelated to the job (like two sum, spiral, fibo, etc). The code challenge was a real example of a actual functionality of the app.

Tell me about yourself, what do you like better BE or FE and why? Relational databases. REST. SWE architecture. How is a shared document used and edited by different people at the same time. Code challenge: not going into detail, so FR don't request the removal of this post, but expect something very different from the home exercise and way more advanced. Check the app, use it, snap receipts and see what happens in different cases, try scanning regular receipts vs receipts that include favored brands. Code challenge comes directly from there.
