I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fetcher (Manila, Manila) in March 2021 The interview process consists of 2 stages: Initial and Panel Interview. If you pass the initial interview with the talent acquisition, you will proceed to a panel interview with the search committee team to evaluate your skills for this role. Before the panel interview, they will give you some kind of assignment to read and review. After you passed the panel interview, they will give you the results of the interview right after.

My experience with the interview was a great one. They were very eager to learn more about me and my experiences. The skill test was very helpful and unique for me.
