It was the initial interview with the HR. She was a little unprofessional during the interview thus I immediately know that this is not going to work out so I came on here to write this review. Pretty basic questions were asked during the interview. I told her about my past experience and she told me about the role. Then she asked me if I have had experience with P&N statement, which I didn't understand what that was. I asked her to clarify and she said it's the Profit and Loss statement. In my head I was thinking shouldn't it be called P&L statement then? I didn't say that out loud of course. Then I started to explain that I have not had direct experience with that particular statement since I've worked as a project manager on the project, where I spent most of my time managing the budget vs the actual and making sure we don't run over. The Profit and Loss statement sounds more like a finance-oriented statement for a company. I know that it could be just a terminology type of issue here. However, she kept asking me if I had experience with P&N statement (She still calling it P&N statement lol) instead of clarifying if it's for the project or the company's finance. The vibe she gave me was just a little unprofessional and I didn't want to continue to another interview with the company.

Una primera entrevista bien, luego te envían un test METTL muy muy difícil, lo mejor es prepararlo con días de antelación, y tal vez ni por esas… después aún habría que pasar otras dos entrevistas mínimo. Me parece una locura para un puesto junior…
