Approached by a recruiter, then spoke with talent acquisition. Was told the entire process should take 20 days or less. Next step was an SAT-type test with high school-level reasoning questions. The test was monitored via webcam, but they requested I take it in the Fever offices so I could have an office tour, experience the culture, etc. None of that happened - I took the test in a conference room and then was told to leave. Following this, I was told the interview process consisted of a behavioral round and a case presentation round. After my behavioral round there was suddenly a second behavioral round. My interview was postponed minutes before it was supposed to start, then after it finally happened Fever ghosted me. All around one of the most bizarre and unprofessional processes I've been part of (that took 2-3x the promised duration).
