The first interview was a call with a recruiting specialist, quite fast, just with a few additional questions like salary expectations and a notice period. The technical interview was very friendly with the detailed discussion on experiences and expectations, a clear explanation of working conditions and onboarding process. The whole process was in German.

Two stage interview. First stage was informal chat with local branch senior management. Second stage was at HQ with panel of engineers. A short formal presentation on a past project was required.
