Racist Hispanics. The vast majority of the staff are Hispanics. Which isn't a problem for me at all. However, it's VERY CLEAR that management wants to keep it that way. I totally get that these companies have a large Spanish speaking client base, however, it's not even 50%.
They assumed I was Latin due to my last name..(common mistake) but when they saw me, you saw the disappointment in their eyes. I don't even think I saw any Asian or African Americans. Just white and brown Hispanics... that's it! I think they need to be investigated for equal opportunity violations. I will begin the process soon.

Was quick, hired me about a week after the interview. I did have a referral so that did help! They were very nice during the interview so it wasn’t too intimidating

The interview was normal. I truly believe that they are only looking for Hispanic candidates but they should state that they are only looking for bilingual applicants and not waste people times. I believe what they are doing is interviewing so it doesn't appear that they are discriminating
