Dodged a bullet it seems. Recruiter was changing the details of the requirements for the position: hybrid vs remote, fudging the job description, even down playing the role given the full job description "Its not really a director position",, who are you to decide that? It's laughable. Way to make someone feel valued and LIED TO. Brought this up to Lindsay in the company as off putting but nonetheless was interested in still speaking with her directly on the job requirements. She immediately just cancelled the interview. Not worth it IMO if that is how you treat candidates calling out recruiter shadiness but still willing to have the opportunity to speak to the company directly. I can only imagine how sh!tty you treat your employees, given a 3.6 star rating. Keep thinking you're great though. Seems to be working for you.
