Entrevista
I was interviewed for the position of senior QA analyst on May 2016, Gurugram in this company. I went through a total of 5 interviews, 2 telephonic and 3 face to face. Overall, I would say that 2 out of 3 interviewers were really good in knowledge base and the kind of questions they were asking.
1. The very first mismanagement I noticed was I was being interviewed by 3 different people in a 2 and half hour long interview separately. I dont know why all 3 test leads didn't sat together to take interview. In that way it would have been easy and quick.
2. The most cringeworthy moment was when the last person came for taking interview. He saw my resume that was in his hand and said completely wrong name while referring me. That is certainly not a good interviewer should do. He didn't even knew my name before coming inside room. Secondly he specifically pointed out that I am 87 born and asked me "are you unmarried?" I was so much left beyond words on what to say to first that he had audacity to ask such kind of question in "technical interview" and second that he was able to read my year of birth correctly which was written on very last line of resume but failed to read my name which was topmost.
3. After the interview was over, I was taken to a different room for HR interview. HR again crossed her limit and specially asked me "what are your personal plans?"
4. Long and short what I got is they were more interested in my personal life rather than professional and was skeptical to give lead positions to an unmarried woman. Even after going through so much tough round of technical interview, answering all the questions to the best of my ability they still didn't felt that I was good enough.
5. I wasn't provided any feedback from them directly or by the consultation firm. They didnt gave any single phone call to me. After few weeks I came to know that they hired a man for that position.

it was simply pathetic experience. NO java no selenium was being asked.
they simply focus on any of the word in your resume and whole interview would be focussed on that only
