Initial interview. Great for the first part, but less so as the interview porgressed. Cards held very close to the interviewers' chest. Also, for the role being requested, i felt that they might not have been senior enough.

Fidelity reached out via LinkedIn. I had an initial recruiter call followed by a 30 min hiring manager call. I was then scheduled for a panel interview and this is when things broke down. I could never get an answer on what type of panel interview this was. I asked the scheduler and they had no idea. I emailed to recruiter to ask and they never responded. Went into the panel interview not knowing what to expect only to find out it was a technical panel and that they were expecting to see the architecture of one of my previous projects. Scrambled to put something together on the spot. One of the interviewers asked me a lot of questions that were not at all related to any of my experiences or the job description. It seems like a very dysfunctional interview process. I was ghosted by the recruiter, haven't heard from them since.
