Three step process - You get screened by the recruiter, meet the office manager, and then meet the regional director. Overall, a pretty lousy experience. The recruiter missed the first call by about 15 minutes. The second interview with the regional manager was very casual. However, you can tell they're looking for someone to drink the Fidelity Kool-Aid. You are not doing a lot of technical financial planning. Your role is to get managed money clients. If that's what you're seeking it'll be a great fit.

The 1st interview was a self-recorded interview where you're replying to fixed questions. The 2nd interview was a panel interview with multiple interviewers. The 3rd interview was an offer from 1 of the original interviewers.

I had a screening call with a talent acquisition officer. My interactions with the individual was unpleasant and unprofessional. The individual missed multiple calls we had scheduled and eventually ghosted me.

Hr screening, then interview with branch. Not a whole lot to report as questions were fairly standard relating to planning experience and client relationship management abilities. Did not get position as even though I was told I interviewed well they had many qualified internal candidates.
