It was done through an app. I got an email with instructions. I downloaded and installed the app then had to respond to prerecorded questions on video. The questions were typical interview questions. You are given a chance to resubmit your response.

Organized interview process with personal and technical questions as the rounds developed. Seemed like a strong team dynamic where you could learn a lot. The description of the role seemed to be compromised of ad hoc assignments.
