In one word: painful. Let me describe it in detail:
Step one: application. After this, they reached out and said they'd like to schedule a phone interview. After deciding a time, I prepared and settled in for the time. When the time arrived, I was at my phone, waiting for the call. When the call came, my spam blocker blocked the call, so I frantically called back five times, no answer. I left a voicemail or two and sent an email. No answer until the next day, when I got an email that said "the position has been filled." She also mentioned in the email that she had attempted to call me but my voicemail box was full, prompting her to move on. The only problem is, she left a voicemail and my box is not full.
Next step: applied for different job with similar title. Different recruiter scheduled time. When time came and went with no call, I heard nothing. I emailed. Nothing back until the next day, when she said she was open for a couple hours if I could make it work. I did. We had phone interview where she offered feedback and sent me on to assessment. I take assessment on a Sunday. She calls Monday and says I got a perfect score, and shed like to help prepare me for interview the following week. She does so, and we prepare. Interview is on Thursday at 1, and lasts about 1.5 hours, where they say explicitly that I will hear back from them with a rejection or offer, within 2 weeks. Two weeks go by, nothing. I send an email to recruiter, no reply. Next week comes, and I send another email, with no reply for 3 days. Finally, over three weeks later, recruiter says that they are moving on with more qualified candidates and asks if I would like some feedback. No thanks! For a company that prides itself on customer service and treating people with respect and courtesy, they did the complete opposite during every aspect of the application process.
