I interviewed remotely with Fidelity over three rounds. The interviews were fairly straight forward. Most questions were either behavioral or regarding my experience. During my third interview, I was told they would be making a decision and that the HR employee I've been working with would let me know what decision was made. I never heard back. Even after emailing three different HR employees, I received no response. It doesn't bother me that I didn't get an offer; what's bothersome is how unprofessional the HR employees were during this process. Interview candidates spend a lot of time and effort preparing and meeting with companies for potential positions. The least the company can do is give a straight answer. Advice: don’t ghost your candidates and hire HR employees with basic people skills.
