I was referred by an internal employee and still had a bad experience. It took 4 weeks to receive a follow up email from the recruiter with pretty straightforward questions. I didn't hear anything back so I followed up 4 weeks later because my application was still under review. I finally received an email closing out my candidacy (with no response to my earlier follow up) after a total of 12 weeks. This happened more than once so I'm a bit concerned about the process.

great I got to meet the advisors and they walked me through what they usually do on a day-to-day basis and let me ask questions at the end. was all behavioral
