It was a fairly straightforward process. I had a phone interview first, followed by an in person on location. People were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their life at the company.

4 interviews plus 2 assessments. Hardest part is the last behavioral interview, where they ask you behavioral questions pulled from a bank of dozens of possible questions. Make sure you practice your answers if you get to this stage, before you interview.
