I passed the online assessment. And they gave me a phone call and rejected me. They don't hire people anymore, don't waste time to do their online test. Because it's very small company for IT group and they don't have positions. They distributed test to everyone and rejected them all.

Easy C++ test then a 1:1 zoom call with one of the managers (Doug). He was super disrespectful and arrogant, questioning the technical parts of my previous job as if he knew better. Got ghosted by the company after.

Entrevista
The process includes the online coding section and the phone interview process. The phone interview is mainly about the algorithm with Leetcode easy level questions. The questions are required written in C++.
The interviewer did not have communications.
Applied online, and then sent an OA, but I didn't pass. The OA is about two coding questions for 90 min. It was a positive experience that you know what you need to practice.
