Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Fiduciary Benchmarks (Portland, OR).
Entrevista
Applied on LinkedIn, a few days later the manager reached out to me describing the various roles they were looking to fill in the company.
Proceeded to give a take home coding challenge to be completed in <30 min, pretty simple stuff (control flow, arrays, etc.)
The next week, moved to onsite after for assessing team/culture/project fit.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Fiduciary Benchmarks (Portland, OR) em jul. de 2018
Entrevista
Started with a phone call which was followed by a set of Javascript problems. You had one hours to complete all of them. Which I did not. They only let people advance if they do.

Asked about previous coding experiences, with detailed examples.
Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Fiduciary Benchmarks (Lake Oswego, OR) em nov. de 2017
Entrevista
Round 1: Technical phone screening with principal architect who had no idea about what he was talking about. He asked me questions on the project I developed.
Round 2: Code Challenge on ruby problem.
Round 3: Onsite Interview with team. The principal architect only interacted with me. The requirements of the job clearly mentioned using AWS services and modern javascript frameworks but it was the other way around during the interview. He wasn't quite sure about what cloud service is being used for managing the application and also didn't quite explain the product well.
Pair Programming task with jr developer who clearly was confused and had no idea about what we did.
Overall it was a waste of time. The job description is completely different from what I was asked in the interview.
