Once your application has been submitted a recruiter will review your qualifications, upon approval your information will be forwarded to the hiring authority for the position. If they would like to interview you the recruiter will contact you. The interview typically consists of four, 30ish minute interviews with senior associates. Upon successful completion, an offer letter will then be submitted for your review.
