Interview process was decent. Apllied through their website HR reached out and then had an interview with hiring manager. Shared my previous experience. They provided me an offer letter but when i negotiated my salary a little bit they just ghosted . Then they revoked the offer letter by mentioning need to provide green card for further processing.

Applied online for mechanic job. Told to apply for engineering training program. Sent directly into field instead. Have 24 hrs to respond to Emergent outages anywhere in service region or outside if no one higher up wants job assignment

Entrevista
For level 1, it was only 1 round. Mostly asked technical questions which are tough to examine stress management capability of the candidate. Behavioural questions were asked as well to check whether candidates can be trained or otherwise.
