One on one with Owner and CEO. Traveled to Montreal and met. He called me and said he had done research and had a plane ticket for me to come and meet him to discuss opportunities within the company. I accepted and traveled to Montreal the next day. The next day we met and it went really well. The rest is history.

Entrevista
Flown to regional site and interviewed by regional sales manager and VP of sales. Given general overview of company and expectations. They asked me to put together a financial package that I would be comfortable with. The made a job offer on the spot and sent me back home and began flooding me information.
