Entrevista
It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Entrevista
There is a phone interview first, then if you qualify for the job there is another face to face interview with one of the bank manager of that specific location. Once you pass that interview as well you do one more with the district manager.
Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on

Entrevista
First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.

The questions in the in-person interview were mostly behavioral. For example, tell me about a time when you disagreed with your team, what is your greatest strength, etc.
