Mostly soft skills questions, such as describing projects, handling conflicts with teams, learning process, research skills. Nice people, really enjoyed talking to the interviewers. Very personable environment, a much better experience than other interviews. Not really any technical questions.

Entrevista
Initial recruiter was nice, but the hiring manager at fifth third ultimately was spacing out. The recruiter kept pressuring to get an answer on whether we'd move forward. The hiring manager effectively ghosted the recruiter and later the recruiter just shrugged. Very lackadaisical process.

Entrevista
It was one phone interview followed by two 45 minute interviews. Mostly behavioral questions with a manager and later on an engineer. They go through the resume asking about my experience.
