Entrevista
The interview was overall pleasant with challenging situational questions. The manager kept looking out of the window into the rest of the branch as if she was distracted or had more pressing things on her plate which made me feel a little weird. They seem to be very sales based, manager also said their health insurance is very expensive which would cancel out the rate of pay they were looking to extend. Overall I was not given a call back but honestly would not have accepted the offer. The culture seemed very dry.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.

a series of phone and zoom calls that are about 1-2 weeks apart. the annoying thing was when i asked about how the quotas worked (that they breifly brought up) they seemed a little annoyed with me
