Reached out via Angel and the process took 2 months, 9 interviews, including a take home exercise that amounted to 4 pages of work, and a presentation of the exercise. By the end of the 9th call, I didn’t get the offer because the team wanted someone with more seniority.

Phone interview, in person interview, third round in person interview with the entire team. Everyone was nice and friendly. They genuinely just wanted to get to know me and my interests. The environment seemed collegiate and collaborative. It seems like everyone is an equal partner in the company, which is great.
